BrickNodes

Overview

BrickNodes is an AI-native iOS app that turns the content you save on social media into a structured personal knowledge base. Instead of a graveyard of bookmarks and saved reels, you get something you can search, ask questions of, and actually learn from.

I co-founded BrickNodes with a classmate at Imperial and lead product, taking it from concept into closed beta.

What I did

• Led customer discovery through 50+ user interviews and a survey with 150+ responses, then translated those insights into detailed product requirements and high-fidelity Figma designs for two AI features: a RAG-powered chat and AI-synthesised guides.
• Analysed PostHog analytics alongside beta feedback to prioritise the roadmap, contributing to early retention improving from 17% to 28% over two months.
• Run the loop end to end: discovery, specs, design, beta releases, and the follow-up conversations that tell us what to build next.

Why it matters

Everyone saves content; almost no one goes back to it. The bet is that AI can close the gap between saving something and actually using it. The closed beta is where we find out if that bet holds.
