Overview

A consulting engagement with Eluna Energy through Imperial College Business School, working on pricing and commercial strategy for a product that had not yet reached the market.

What I did

  • Designed a premium pricing strategy for the pre-commercial product using competitor positioning and switching-cost analysis, protecting roughly 75% long-run margin.
  • Diagnosed the root cause of a stalled revenue pipeline and developed a corporate incorporation and standardised partnership-contract strategy to unblock it.

What I took from it

Pricing a product that does not exist yet forces you to reason from first principles: what the alternative costs the customer, what switching really involves, and where the value defensibly sits. It was a useful counterweight to feature-level product work.
